They have a housekeeping team who cleans the room every day. I wanted hot water and when I checked with the owner, he immediately send a kettle to our room. The breakfast had a good spread of continental food with a couple of Indian dishes. If you are looking for a stay in Frankfurt, this is the right place and pocket friendly. To top it off, the owners made us feel at home.

The hotelier and the staff were courteous and nice. My wishes for their business to grow well and I would recommend this place to everyone wanting to have a homely ambience and experience. I did not feel that I was in a different place. They guided me with places to visit in Frankfurt and helped us in many ways.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to, the front desk looks like a scene out of Bates hotel and/or American Horror Story.
