They have a housekeeping team who cleans the room every day. I wanted hot water and when I checked with the owner, he immediately send a kettle to our room. The breakfast had a good spread of continental food with a couple of Indian dishes. If you are looking for a stay in Frankfurt, this is the right place and pocket friendly. To top it off, the owners made us feel at home.

The Novum Hotel Continental Frankfurt is close to the main station and the fair. Because of the central location, guests can easily reach their wanted destinations. There are functional rooms in different categories, free WiFi, an extensive breakfast buffet and a 24 hour reception. As a matter of policy, BBB does not endorse any product, service or business.

The rooms are small, closed, and kind of dirty - my bathroom had a leaking radiator which was gross. The rooms also lack any air conditioning and are steaming hot which means you have to open the window where you are then subjected to the nightlife of Frankfurt. Screaming, yelling, random singing, police sirens and rampant drug use is at your window. This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Very well maintained rooms, with excellent shower in ours. Walking distance from Frankfurt am Main West railway station, three stops from Frankfurt Central railway station. The service was very slow for a reason I couldn't quite fathom, as the restaraunt was not that busy. Perhaps it's because I was sitting outside, but then, all my fellow diners were too so that's no excuse. Some of the more popular amenities offered include free wifi, breakfast buffet, and breakfast. Near to the main station but the area around it is a little too clumsy.
Will try one more time before I report you to the BBB... If a prospective employer mentions anything related to “work family”….run! Serious red flag and indication of high turnover at a company. Currently stuck in this mess and waiting for a job in hand before I leave my POS company. Some of the more popular amenities offered include free wifi, free breakfast, and free parking.

It offers wonderful Tandoori and Curry specialties, all under 10 Euros, and offers outside seating during the summer. If you are vegetarian you won’t be disappointed either. They offer a wide range of vegetarian dishes.

I love and highly recommend their Palak Paneer! The service is excellent and, the owner, B. S. Chatrath, is always on hand to insure you get a smile with every meal. Budget lodging with free breakfast near the train station.
They made sure we were comfortable and extended help wherever needed. Continental offers long term care insurance group and individual policies. They cover care provided in nursing homes and at assisted living facilities. An inflation protection rider is available. I am jealous of all the business suits that live and work in downtown Frankfurt. They get to enjoy excellent Indian cuisine every day at the “Indian Curry House.” If you love Indian food this place to go in Frankfurt.
Appreciate their thoughtfulness and concern for customers. They lived upto the Indian saying “Athithi Devo Bhava” The Indian tradition where the guest is considered God. I am very disappointed in your long term policy.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been to, the front desk looks like a scene out of Bates hotel and/or American Horror Story. After the serious-looking attendant gave us old-school keys attached to a weird-looking doorstop, we proceeded to make our way to a one-person lift that took half an hour to stop at each floor .
