I met the executive director or whoever is in charge, and the person that was at the front desk, and they were both very, very nice. I had an appointment and they didn’t make me wait. The building was nice enough, it was not a brand new building, it was an older building but it was clean and kept up.

My sister-in-law is in the nursing home at Walnut Hills. From what I see, it’s not the best place where I would want to put my family member. The person I interacted with there is very nice, and the welcome was very pleasant.
Patients were told not to push the button for help all the time. My Mother was taken to the hospital due to urinary tract infection, pneumonia and a falling incident due to a caretaker telling her to hurry up and get dressed. Money and personal items were frequently stolen from her room.
